Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email sent to you after your order has been shipped.
If you haven't received a tracking number yet, your order may still be processing.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before tracking information becomes available.
Why Hasn't My Tracking Information Updated?
Don't worry if your tracking information does not update immediately.
After your package is shipped, it may take some time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.
Tracking updates may also be delayed while your package is:
- Being transferred between carriers
- Moving between countries or regions
- Going through customs clearance
- Waiting for the next carrier scan
